Fill out and send this form only if you are a registered RCT user and need an Activation Code for Pocket RCT (version 4.0.0f1 or later only are supported, v4.1.5f1 or later required for Windows Mobile 6.)
Always install the latest RCT software on your new Pocket PC BEFORE filling out this form. Why?
Some of the information needed below must be obtained in the Pocket RCT Activation window.
