The new Reyburn CyberHammer GW-1000 impact lever is designed specifically for use tuning Grand Pianos.
Do you tune mostly Grands, but have a shoulder or back problem? Do you prefer impact tuning on vertical pianos? Our impact lever is for you! Impact levers use wrist and forearm control instead of upper-body strength to move the tuning pin.
The new Grand RCH is perfectly balanced for horizontal use and specifcally designed to give you intimate impact feel, similar to our impact hammer on for vertical pianos.
Two identical handles with nickel plated solid brass weights project upward at a 30 degree angle to avoid the stretcher and rim. This allows you to tune all the way from the lowest A to C-88 on all grands with the included tip extender (not pictured). The tip extender provides clearance for notes close to the end on some pianos.
The GW-1000 uses the same high-tech sealed double bronze bearing aerospace-lubed extension used in our vertical RCH. We provide a high quality Watanabe #2 tip, but you can change the tip for almost any Schaff, Hale or other US or Japanese made tip.

The RCH for Grands includes your choice of exotic hardwood handles. Choose from one of three basic handle sizes and shapes, or if you need a specific shape or size for your hand we'll custom design and build a handle at no extra charge.
