RCT is a "univeral" OSX application meaning it runs natively on either Intel or PowerPC based Macs. RCT Release 4.2x or later is required.

Cross-grade options for registered RCT users
RCT 4.x for Mac OS X is a totally new software program for a completely new platform. As most Mac users are aware,
OS X is based on a UNIX core. This a truly great platform combining ease of use with the stability of UNIX, but
with a price. Software developers must rewrite large portions of thier applications to run on OS X, and RCT is no exception. The rewrite
of RCT for OS X took even more work than our 1998 rewrite (aka "port") to Microsoft Windows. In addition to many months of programming,
Dean Reyburn spent 3 days at Apple Computer headquarters
in Cupertino California, working intensively with Apple engineers to port and optimize RCT for OS X.
For this reason if you wish to move from RCT for Mac Classic to OS X, your move to RCT 4.x for OS X is a "cross-grade", not a mere upgrade. In other words,
you're changing platforms when you move from Mac Classic to MacOS X and the prices below reflect the immense
amount of work which went into this software port.
RCT 4.x for OS X requires MacOS X v10.4 or later, including 10.5 Leopard. All upgrades and cross-grades on this page include both Intel and PowerPC versions.

*RCT 4.x for OS X recognizes only one type SentinelKey, the aqua colored "Wibu" brand key. These keys have serial numbers of 10000 or greater. If your key is older with a serial number of 9999 or lower (white or purple such as a "Rainbow" SentinelEve) you will need to return your UNLOCKED SentinelKey and a fully filled out OS X cross-grade form, see below for OS X RCT cross-grade order details. There is a no charge for SentinelKey trade-in when combined with OS X cross-grade (normally $75). All orders are plus shipping and handling. Trades are always free (except for shipping) within one year of original RCT purchase.
Shipping and handling is $20 for Fedex 3-day, $30 for 2-day and $45 for next day. Outside USA we ship Fedex International Priority for $50 to $150.
