Pocket RCT updates are a free download from our web site , but we charge $50 for a CF, SD card or mini-SD card. Call 616-340-7277 or toll free 888-763-8440 to order.
Please include $5 for Priority Mail Shipping in the US, or $20 for Fedex Express saver, $30 for Fedex 2 day or $45 for Fedex next day. (include $30 for non-USA addresses sent regular post express service or $50 for Fedex international). The update includes a free printed manual if needed.
You can also send us a generic CF or SD card (any size) with $20 for handling (plus shipping) and we'll send you back the latest update with a free printed manual (if it's changed). But please use an inexpensive generic CF or SD card available anywhere digital cameras are sold. Shipping is same as above.
Please DON'T SEND THE SENTINELKEY (it's worth the purchase price of RCT).
If you send a generic SD or CF card via regular post, please wrap the card with a single layer
of aluminum foil for protection.

Please note that we only mail out upgrade memory cards once a week, and it can take another week or more for Priority mail to arrive at your doorstep. Priority mail is not a guaranteed service, niether the time in transit nor actual arrival are guaranteed. If you want guaranteed transit time or arrival, please send enough shipping payment for Fedex.
Memory card install is easier for some users, but it is NOT the fastest way to get an upgrade. The fastest way is to download from the internet, or order one of our upgrade cards for $40-$50 plus shipping.
